On April 4, 2023, Hille Middle School will be used as a polling place for local municipal elections. To ensure the utmost safety and security, Hille Middle School students will have an eLearning Day. All other Forest Ridge 142 schools will be in person on April 4, 2023, which includes Ridge Early Childhood Center, Kerkstra Elementary and Foster Elementary schools.
Per our eLearning plan:
Hille students will meet on a half day schedule via Zoom, with study skills as a break for students and staff. The afternoon will be used for office hours, where students can contact teachers via email for any help they need to complete assignments. An afternoon meeting with students via Zoom may be warranted, and determined by the student and teacher.
In summary, out of the utmost safety of our students, Hille Middle will have an eLearning day on Tuesday, April 4, 2023. All other Forest Ridge schools will be in person.
School will resume in person for all Forest Ridge District 142 schools on Wednesday, April 5, 2023.
